Performance notes: Shirley Manson of Garbage hosts U2's "Radio Takeover" as part of "U2 3 Nights Live" broadcast by ABC Satellite Services and Westwood One. The band do a DJ set, selecting two songs each. In between songs, Manson prompts them to discuss their selections, and while the songs are broadcast on radio, they answer questions from a small audience of contest winners. I was at this event, my wife won passes on WXRT. We were lucky enough to be right against the stage. There is one picture from the event from the Chicago Tribune, which you can see me! I also got to ask the first question, about since aside from October, they don't really name albums after subs, so why this time? But it was a great event, when they were done with playing tunes and answering questions, they signed autographs. Larry only signed for a few minutes, he wasn't feeling well, but I got all 4 on my Elevation for book and Bono, Edge and Adam on a picture of our U2 wedding cake, complete with U2 figures on the top. Bono laughed when he saw it!
