Audience

At first I cursed them for playing the Ziggo, but that was because I didn't got tickets the first presale. Now i'm glad because we got the best night in the best venue. Because of the intimacy the crowed gets sucked into the show. In the great stadiums I always get irritated be people how who aren't there for the song, talking all the time walkinging away to get beer. Yesterday I had the idea that everbody was there for the band, not just for a night out. A the sound quality was briljant.

Overall

Offcourse, everbody thinks that the show that they attent is the best ever, but this one made all dreams come true. A great but also intimate venue with a great sound. A band which was on fire. And the songs you wanted to hear. After checking the setlists of past show you make a wishlist, I hope they play this song and I wouldn't mind if they leave that one out. Yesterday I got all I wished for and even more. Starting with the Miracle and Out of Controle gave much energy as well as Vertigo. Iris/Cedarwood Road/Song for Someone was a overwhelming audio/visual experience. Then the debut of Magnificent, which kept the energy going on the E stage. This is the part of the show where I was hoping they would play the songs they played today. Every breaking wave and Octobere are strong songs and I personaly like them much more then Desire/Angel of Harlem. After a powerfull Bullet the Blue Sky they worked down to the climax, and what a climax it was. After a little speech of Bono (for which he apologized, but he had been a good boy all week) and the Mother and Child Reunion they started Bad. And its good to see what impact this song has on the audience. Not only the older part but also the youngster, everybody just went nuts. And the tranision to 40, briljant. Starting with a snippet in Bad, and when you think it is over Adam plays his bass. And the only thing you can do then is song along. What a night, what a show.

Edit: In the video I saw that Edge and Adam switched guitar and bass during 40, cool.
