Performance

Out Of Control sounds...sounds decent. I think Edge's solo is good. Vocally, Bono is doing well. Twilight is good. Very solid performance of An Cat Dubh/Into The Heart. Surrender is great though I'm not keen on the particular snippet. Two Hearts Beat As One has always been a favourite of mine and despite the sound, I thoroughly enjoyed this performance. Even though Bono messes up midway through. Standard performance of Seconds. Same goes for Sunday Bloody Sunday. Good, but not particularly noteworthy. Good effort on The Cry/Electric Co. Solid rendition of Gloria, sounds energetic. New Year's Day sounds fantastic, not sure the vocals are up to scratch though. Enjoyable though. Starting to close the set now, I Will Follow. Delivered with the experience they now have with this track. Solid. Finally, "40" puts an end to the show. Decent. Nothing more, nothing less. Shame the recording fades out halfway through.

Sound

Well...the start is horrific. Almost unlistenable. Picks up a little for Twilight, some audience coming through now and the music comes through clearer. Sounds like a show now.

Audience

Not really present in the audio, maybe because they're just standing there appreciating the music or they're generally not that into it. They clap at the end of songs and sometimes clap rhythmically to songs like Surrender and even sing during Surrender. Present again, clapping during the intro Seconds. Sunday Bloody Sunday seems to be the track they're waiting for.

Overall

I think it's a very standard set from U2. Towards the end of the War tour now, so most of the tracks they have spent plenty of time perfecting. Something we'd expect, enjoyable gig nonetheless, very solid but perhaps let down by an unenthusiastic crowd and poor sound quality.

Highlights:
- Surrender
