This is the second of only two Unforgettable Fire Tour shows to be opened by a song from The Unforgettable Fire (the first was 17 September 1984, Melbourne, when Wire opened). At the end of Indian Summer Sky, Bono loses his cool with someone in the crowd causing trouble.

Performance

It was really good. I thought the show was a bit short, and also thought the setlist was a bit lackluster but the performance was what it was all about, and it was fine. There was some bits to pick that were downsides. A few mistakes here and there, but of course, this was the first gig of the European leg.

Something to point out - Bono goes mental at someone in the crowd for causing trouble. Quite funny, to be honest.

Sound

It was OK. I really could've given this a lower rating but it just got this.

Audience

They were disappointing to start off with. Sunday Bloody Sunday showed some potential from them, as they started to improve. It was towards the end of the show that they started to shine. Pride was particularly impressive, but not as impressive as 40. The "how long to sing this song" was amazing. So loud.

Overall

Good show. Poor setlist. Impressive audience in some songs, but particularly towards the end, mediocre sound.
