Performance

The band at their peak, great, great performances nearly in all songs. The (minor) mistakes even add something to the show.

Sound

Get the "Dinky Trabant" source, it's great. There are some minor distortions, but I'm being picky here.

Audience

The crowd is up front in this bootleg. You can hear them screaming, clapping, yelling, laughing, etc. Love it.

Overall

To me, the best bootleg of the 1st Leg (Tacoma has serious issues with the sound). It's all about the music here, no nonsense. Nearly all songs are highlights here. The band was still experimenting and all the songs sound fresh. One, with great vocals by Bono in the end, BTBS sounds amazing, even during Satellite Of Love the crowd was going nuts. WOWY is fantastic, better than the famous Washington show in the 3rd leg. Edge and B. had some problems with The Fly and B. forgot the lyrics in WGRYWH, but it was still a highlight of the night. Tryin' to throw your arms was great too, the audience was having a blast. There is a fade out/fade in between BTBS and RTSS and the encore break is cut, but hey, that's good, right?
