1. I paid for 2017 membership on u2.com and used my code to get a joshua tree tour ticket. I also applied for my u2.com gift which was the 4 singles from the joshua tree release. I still haven't got these but the website says I'd redeemed them before the Experience shows announcement. Now it's saying I need to redeem them again even though I can see the order in May when I redeemed them.

    In order to obtain a ticket for the experience shows I need to pay for another year of membership but I can either request the 2018 gift, the 2017 gift or both for an additional cost. This is where it gets confusing, do I just need to select 2018 and the joshua tree single LPs are still on their way or do I need to request them again? It's so confusing.


    I have already redeemed them and now it's saying I have to do it again?

    Has anyone else had the same problem?

  2. I actually wondered about the same issue too!

    I subscribed for 2018 and pre-ordered the new album and noticed that "redeem" button again about the JT-singles - and I already had redeemed them.

    In my case things were back to normal after couple of days wait. I didn´t do nothing. I guess my account just refreshed itself.

    Renewed last night (although I don't think I'll use my code until some Toronto shows are announced), noticed same "issue," and thought the exact same thing as you.

    As stated above, I guess it'll sort itself out.
