1. Maybe they release someday the extended version originally planned back than for the VHS release with 6 more live songs...
  2. Protip: If you happen to have an old HD-DVD drive laying around, you can get Rattle and Hum on HD-DVD for cheap, then rip it to a file, for consumption. I didn't notice any difference in video quality, though I think the audio tracks are different between formats.

    I paid about $10 for the HD-DVD, versus the ~$60 I see the Blu-Ray going for. (This might be different outside the US, so YMMV).
