  9. Time ago I heard of a group called Everything But The Girl. Sounds strange...

    But the strangest names are those of two of the greatest bands in history:
    The Beatles (pratically The Insects... )
    The Rolling Stones (translated in Italian it sounds very strange!)

    I heard the story behind that name. One of the bandmembers went to buy a new matrass (or bed, not sure) and apparently there was a model sitting on the bed he wanted to buy. So he asks the salesman if everything was included in the price and the salesman answered: "everything but the girl"
