Notes: Both dv sources were captured from digital clones of the master tapes. The digicam footage
was encoded from mpeg4. All editing and resampling was done with Final Cut Pro 5 and the dvd was
created with DVD Studio Pro 4. Special thanks to the tapers, both audio and video and for everyone
else who helped me acquire sources for this.
