I did extract part I. I don't remember if the filesize was equal on PC as on the webpage (I've since deleted the file from my PC since it wasn't working.) so I could try again and check that.
Same applies to your problem. Link works fine, it's just that Mediafire should have been probably changing server locations or whatever, and it's not working properly, but... try again later and you'll be able to download it for sure. Welcome to the forum by the way.

The Vienna's 2010-08-30 MLK's bootleg's two parts' links seems to be in reverse order : Part 1 link on u2start is actually part 2 on mediafire.
