Someone (Olli) already did that with the Miami DVD. Video is the same, audio comes from the "Honey I'm home" boot (audience recording).
Las Vegas DVD audio (18/11) has a matrix of three sources (1 IEM, 2 audience recordings if I remember right) and you'll barely hear the metronome on that one.
Can't tell you much about 1st and 2nd leg shows as I don't like these, but I guess most DVDs let you choose between IEM and audience stream.
As for audio boots you have the choice anyway.
