Shall do. Best refresh on their old stuff too Cheers Kieran.
going to a gig on this tour on september, what do you think about the tour ?
^ i saw it back in November (and seeing it again on Saturday )
it's not the same without Frusciante, but the new album is still great and they play enough hits to keep anyone who's not too keen on it interested.
It is a shame they don't play Zephyr Song...
yeah apparently the band aren't too keen on it.
went to see their Knebworth show last night; despite the pissing rain it turned out to be a great show, with Flea especially on top form. the only gripe i have is that the setlist was a tad on the short side for such a large-scale event:
Monarchy of Roses
Around the World
Throw Away Your Television
Soul to Squeeze
The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie
Under the Bridge
Factory of Faith
By the Way
Sir Psycho Sexy
They're Red Hot
Suck My Kiss
Give It Away/Jam
Off to the Nijmegen show tonight. Looks like it may be a wet one. Honestly, I am not psyched at all. :/
you chose the wrong day to go to a show in Netherlands this week
kidding .. enjoy it all
Last month weather has been utter shite =P
if you chose yesterday or the day before the weather would not have been an issue
joking apart ... report after
the Brendan's Death Song video is being premiered online on the Rolling Stone website for those who are interested; i really dig it.
