    Between The Second Law and Drones there are just too many misses for me.
  6. I don't mind the "hits" from the last two - no, make it three- albums but the rest is forgettable.
  7. Depending on what you mean by "hits", but I generally agree with this.


    They could as well have released this SUPERB double-sided album instead of the last 3 mediocre ones full of fillers:

  8. Well, I guess I've gotten "used to" singles like Undisclosed Desires, Panic Station, and Mercy.

    ...Kind of like I've gotten used to all the annoying people I work with.
  9. 1.Absolution -first album by them I really got into and still the best as a complete album for me

    2.OOS

    3.BH&R

    4.Showbiz -has some real highlights, Sunburn is one of my absolute favs, but I don't listen to it in full that often.

    5.2nd Law - this one did end up growing on me. Also the only tour I have seen them on and was lucky enough to be at a show on the arena leg. Amazing gig, got Citizen Erased, (I think it was only played 4 times on this tour - don't quote me on that) Hyper Music and Sunburn.

    6.Resistance -this is where they began to go a bit operatic for me, still a decent album

    7.Dones... by a long way, really don't like this album much at all.

    The 2nd Law: Unsustainable
    Uprising
    Supremacy
    Psycho (without drill sergeant)
    MK Ultra
    Dead Inside
    Animals
    Handler
    Liquid State
    Defector
    Unnatural Selection
    Reapers
    The 2nd Law: Isolated System

    That is an incredible one-side album, it would easily be in the top3 of their career. But with all the filllers and mediocre songs, these 3 albums are bottom 3. So sad (no, not "different", Tim... just SAD).
