A good U2-friend of mine has just told me that she would like Muse a lot IF Bellamy didn't breathe into the mic so heavily in many songs, something which annoys her big time. I wanted to explain her that he uses an omnidirectional mic too close to his mouth and they intentionally leave the breathing sound in the recordings instead of removing them as many bands do... But instead I sent her this video and laughed out loud
Ever since I learnt to play Falling Down I thought it would go down nicely together with Love Rescue Me as both are in 3/4 time and feature this beautiful bluesy A > A7 > D progression that I love.
