I haye your comebacks. Hate hate hate.

Is that a Hofner Verythin? I'm on my phone and cant tell for sure. It sure looks gorgeous

  4. She's a beaut, Harry! Here's my one and only. American Deluxe Stratocaster. Just put the gold guard on a few days ago!
  5. That is one lovely looking guitar, man! What do you play it through?
  6. Mighty thanks! I play through this pedalboard, and a Fender Blues JR that I've had for ages now (no picture).

  8. Haha, sorry Sergio, will try and be less off-radar! Yeah it's a VeryThin (limited edition with the work on the fretboard and the Bigsby) - that pic isn't his one, but it's virtually the same model (if not indeed exactly the same!). He bought it years ago new but hardly plays it anymore (he has a lovely Casino and one of the new 2015 Gibson LPs), I just chanced the question as to if he was thinking of selling it, and he said yes, so very pleased. Just got so tired of trying to find a decent semi-hollow on eBay that wasn't going to blow up my bank account bidding-wise. Picking it up next weekend after seeing the Boss play up in Coventry, a pretty solid weekend planned I reckon!

Alex, that Strat is looking fine as, damn son! And the pedalboard is coming along nicely I see. That reminds me, need to get a power-supply for my Big Muff, haven't been able to use for ages...

Hope you're all doing well, my good people.

  9. Ahhh, the new toy, it's here now... (took the pick-guard off as thinks it looks better).

Taking it to the guitar doctor today as some TLC need - fretboard is filthy with old hand juice/gunk as the poor thing hasn't seen the light of day for a while, desperately needs new strings, and there's a bit of a fluffy action on the pickup switch - but I'm pretty happy (as knew all this prior to doing the deal). Sounds gorgeous even through my ancient MG30 combo, bridge pickup sings on the high notes. Feel like a proper guitarist now haha.
  10. Boo! Boo!
