He is coming through the back way. You can see the underside of the stairs in one shot. Those being the stairs that are immediately inside the door, from the front side, that most of us have seen in fan photos.

That was the downstairs rehearsal area. There is more upstairs. And post flood, a lot of the stuff that was stored downstairs was moved upstairs.

I didn't know there was a downstairs part, since I always ever saw the stairs going up when the frontdoor opened. looks like a really cozy and bright place inside - too bad it's going to get removed..
