it looks like he's walking around the back of the studios where the liffey is, but once he goes inside it looks really big and roomy (unlike what it looks from the outside, imo).

I didn't know there was a downstairs part, since I always ever saw the stairs going up when the frontdoor opened. looks like a really cozy and bright place inside - too bad it's going to get removed..
