2008-06-27 - Happy Birthday - Bono + Edge

I think this was a satellite link-up to studios somewhere in the world, for the concert of Nelson Mandela's 90th birthday celebrations held in Hyde Park, London last night. Bono and Edge perform a two-minute version of ''Happy Birthday'' for Mandela and the vocals and guitar are nothing short of awesome. As you can see below, there's two versions. The reason being that the first may work because I had a few problems, but the second should work for MP4 devices.

(Credit must go to Macstripey for her valuable help in testing the video for me).

(Should both be around the 10-12Mb file size, so if it doesn't work don't stress).

For anyone that doesn't know, here's how you post the high-quality YouTube clips.


First, you get the video URL (likePlease login or register to view this link

Next, go to KeepVid.com and paste in the URL and click Download. Then right-click one of the links (.mp4 - High Quality is obviously better) and save it.

Then upload it to Megaupload, Gigasize, SendSpace or Rapidshare and off you go. Copy the link to a new post in 'I Have A Vision' on U2start and off you go.


And happy birthday to you Sam!
