Hi all, i've been doing some remastering these days and used this concert as my main source. I've uploaded the original and remastered versions of with or without you, streets, i still havent found and running to stand still so you can be able to compare the difference between them. The source is the same that is currently uploaded in u2start, and has been remastered with sony vegas. Please post your opinions about this remaster so then i'll see if it is really worth the upload for the entire remastered concert

I'm unable to sample this one through proper speakers but I personally don't see the point in remastering an already sensational recording. If it's not broke, don't fix it'. It's already perfect and although your work and effort is much appreciated I think it best to remain with the original source. You should try your skills on recordings that could do with the work, 1987-06-12 - Wembley etc. The improvements would be way more noticable.

hold out for more feedback. I just think your efforts will be wasted working on analready amazing recording. N point in polishing something thats already very shiny. Something rusty like that Wembley gig though. . .

I agree with Gerard here. I've been doing some remastering too some time ago and it isn't really worth it to remaster a good show.

It's good (london) I will give credit where it is due. But the bass sounds too loud to me, for some reason. Also is there anyway to get rid of the hiss?

A good attempt. The bass is quite good, I think and the music is more present. But that hiss is too much. It's got even worse compared to the original. So get rid of the hiss, if you can.

The dublin remaster is VERY VERY good by the way. Any improvement is an improvement, and worthy - and yours certain is.
