I know you don't want to think about, I want neither, but what should be the last song that U2 ever plays in your opinion? Should it be Streets? 40? Beautiful Day? Or maybe Plot 180?

I hope it is '40', because it's their best closer IMO...

I would love to hear your opinion
(I'm sorry if I put it in the wrong forum, thought I could fit here)

Out of Control would be a good bookend.

It would be great indeed, but do you really want their last notes to be Out Of Control?

'40'
Some traditions shouldn't be touched.

Streets with an edited last line :

'and we'l go there with you, what the fuck are we gonna doooo'

but it'l probably be '40 (regardless of how dull it was during Vertigo)

That would be awesome too. Streets is definitely their best song, no discussion on that. And I would love to see them ending with their best song. On the other hand; 40 is tradition.
Could it be possible to have Streets with a snippet of 40 at the end? That would rock completely....

Yeah, Acrobat for the first time...That would be a total surprise indeed...

That's why they didn't play it back then! The mystery is solved...

That would work to :

'yes this really is goodbye'

but we all just know it's gonna be '40'
