Not wanna say something wrong...
but the 2nd clip isn't a new clip at all,
i looked in my archive, and i already have that clip (but then the duration is 42 seconds) that clips is from a soundcheck they did last year,
so nothing new, sorry guys
(found it then on the forum on u2torrents)
0:30 onward of song 1 just made me go down on my knees inside..... more of that and onto the album, por favor <3
Great to see some Portuguese here
And I had the same feeling while listening to the music for the first time...really touching!
About the songs, sometime ago I read some interviews with Bono and The Edge and they were talking about two different kinds of songs they were diggin on: club-ish songs and natural and simple songs (something cleaner and without over productioning).
I believe they're doing new songs using those 2 styles and maybe more than that since there are 3 distinct projects going on.
Based on that and after listening to the songs more times, I guess they have choose the cleanish and purish style as their favorite one by this moment.
Take out the middle three songs on NLOTH and replace them with Yahweh, Original Of The Species and Miracle Drug.
Still....as terrible as it is, I'm actually starting to like bits and pieces of Bomb - it only took like eight years. It's stripped back and has a basic rock feel to it - songs like Crumbs, the three above and A Man And A Woman.

Agreed! Slowly but surely songs that I hated for the lost time from the Bomb album/era are looking a whole lot better. While for me ironically NLOTH is looking a lot weaker than before...
