All we have here is this torrent which isn't Blu-Ray but does (from what I gather) have the 720p and 1080p files within. Maybe this will be ok until you find a Blu-Ray version?

Works fine here, are you sure you don't have a firewall blocking things? Did you try using uTorrent? Be aware that we have a allowed/denied client filter. Thanks for providing some more details
