    I thought it was working? Mine started downloading.
    Yeah but u2spears files were incomplete around 96 % or something like that. So the files changed for some reason, so you never could get the complete files.

    If he makes sure the files are ok now (not damaged) and tries again it should work
    Ive done it again and I think it worked, sorry for being a noob thanks for all of your helps
