Partly correct. No problems here in Croatia anymore. Serbia/Kosovo is hotspot for sure, but there won't be any war, I'm sure of it. Bosnia is another hotspot, sadly.

It was more of a joke, I can't see myself ever living in Wisconsin. Although from time to time I would like to move out of Massachusetts, or at least to a different part. -

You ever consider Michigan? Were a nice mix of left-wing, and right-wing influences, and our economy is actually improving faster than the national average.

I meant Wyoming. Nothing against the state or its people, though. Same goes for Wisconsin. -
