i dunno what's wrong, but i just can't see the tool.. you don't have a direct link you could post do you?

EDIT: me is whats wrong. Seems that it is disabled for non crew members. You can all laugh ;) Will enable it tonight for everyone! Dont have u2start server credentials with me :(
