    Maybe it is a good idea to continue here the discussion of the cover CD. Since it has little to do with U2s remaster / reissue.

    I want one soo badly but i'm not in the UK

    i actually like Jack White's cover. If i wanted to hear a replica of the song i'd just stick to the album to be honest. I respect the different approach and actually like how committed he is to the vocal.

    One is on NOW. on BBC Radio 2
    Sure nice for Damien Rice fans, but a bit too slow for me.
    Have to listen through Jo Whiley's shite after the song.

    Anyway, I've always hated Damien Race, so I personally thought that was dreary, too slow & a lot worse than the original. Jack White is winning so far.
