Ok, here’s my review (hope there will be some more this week).
In general I happen to like IEM recordings. Although you sometimes miss the crowd interaction/ participation, an IEM most of the times feels kinda “intimate” : you are very close to the vocals, the sighs, the instruments and the occasional failure. This concert is special for Bono is referring several times to the Edge being ‘Welsh’ (“Edges’ family is in the audience tonight, there are about 25.000 of them….”) and Bono tries to make his voice work, he sometimes pushes it fully (sometimes….) and at other times takes it easy (with or without you). Is he counting in Welsh at the start of the second Vertigo?
Performance: 3,5 stars
They are trying to connect and make lots of references to Wales. Bono's voice is not always strong, but he pushes himself in BD (Touch me………) and in sometimes and doesn’t lose grip that easily. It’s energetic, there are some very nice snippets. There is a ‘happy birthday’ for “our lady from Birma” and RTSS is powerful, with a large snippet of Walk on. One is particully nice.
Audience: no rating
That is the thing about IEM: you cannot really hear the audience……. But there is some nice singing in ISHFWILF……. Welsh crowds in general are pretty cool though…. .
Sound: 4 stars
As I said, I really like IEM's, they make a nice alternative to the sometimes very noisy crow recordings and you can concentrate really well on the voice and instruments. It’s also fun to hear the metronome and the clicks aren’t that annoying on this boot….
Overall 3.5 stars
A nice little document. Good atmosphere and some really fine details.

Tim don ´t forget us
I haven't forgotten you my good man. I'm just wondering how to go about the next pick. Based on the trusty points system, we've kind of expired the regular participants. We're now down to the ones who only took part in the first round etc, so I might start again and I'll choose one.
I'm hoping to review the bootleg either tomorrow morning or Sunday night, then next week, we'll have a new bootleg chosen.
I will review today !!!
should I choose a more interesting show next time? ;-)
Started writing my review for Cardiff
Soon we will have an announcment regarding the future of the BRT.
i know you have a life , but we have to listen some U2 shows for keep living ...remenber this
Due to a declining interest in the Bootleg Round Table, we've been forced to reconsider the format. From now on, Nick (nickbibby) will be helping out in the running of the BRT, since I can't keep up every week.
We need to decide how we move on from here. The previous format works and if you want, we can stay with it. But me and Nick have been discussing the possibility of integrating with the Official Show of the Month for maybe the first round of the month, then having a fan chosen bootleg for the second half of the month.
Obviously, there's not long left for April, so ideally we'd like some suggestions quite soon If you have an idea that is completely out there, don't be afraid to suggest it, we're happy to consider anything.
ok , no problem .... you have good ideas ...if i have any i ´ll say to you
Thanks Pato, we can always count on your continued support
