1. There is a new You Too, you can vote for this new poll on the frontpage and discuss it in this thread.

The question of this new You Too is:

You Too: What has been, or is, U2's best decade?
    - The eighties
    - The nineties
    - The 2000s
    - The current decade

Please vote on the frontpage of the website, in this topic you can tell us why you voted for your answer.
  2. The 90s forsure. Achtung Baby,Zooropa Pop all the way.
  3. This U2s most experimental albums that took chances and succeeded
  4. 80's. Their most productive and consistent era. No nonsense.
  5. I feel the 1990s, but the current decade might be my second pick. Honestly it's hard to pick one greatest decade for them, they accomplished all sorts of great stuff in each.
  6. either 90s or 00s (if that also includes 360, which I guess it does).
  7. Let me be clear: while I think the 80's were their best decade, I think every decade was great in their own right. U2 in the 90's was the perfect evolution from their 80's sound, and the '00s was the logical step from a band in their 40's reapplying to be the greatest band on earth. I don't get how someone can think U2 was only good 20 years ago or 15 years ago and still waste their time in a U2 site.
  8. Let me be clear. I mean they were more prolific in the 80s but Who's gonna ride your wild horses, Kite and Moment of surrender are up there with anything from the 80s

yeah, that's why i like the band so much. Every decade has so much in it. I voted for 90's
because of their creative side they showed a lot in that period.

Boy and The unforgettable fire were pretty creative in their day too of course
  11. That's right, and it's not like everyone was producing albums like The Joshua Tree in 1987.
