1. There seems to be obstructed view tickets on TM to Dublin if someone is interested.
  2. I'm still curious at how obstructed these seats really are. The sound "tower" is quite high, but it seems like there is minimal obstruction to view off stage & screen. I'm curious to anyone who has these seats, are they really obstructed, or are they just calling them obstructed as a technical disclaimer?
  3. There were tickets in block 720, oppposite the stage. No obstructed view there I think, unless there's a sound tower right in the middle.

I had 'obstructed view' in the lower level for the Philly show. Obstruction was a sound tower.
(Our seats were near back corner of the end zone if a football game had broken out.)
It was a minor nuisance while band was on the tree stage. Bono or Edge would sometimes move behind it.
But not a deal breaker at all.
And it was no bother at all when they were on main stage with screen going.
  5. I recently bought tickets for the Detroit show on Sep. 3, first in the presale and then again in the general sale. For the presale I bought four GA tickets and for the general sale I snagged three more GA. In neither case did I go over the purchase limit (four for presale, six for general sale)...

But then I noticed that in the fine print of my confirmation email for each order that it warned about exceeding purchase limits using the same name, address, and/or credit card. Obviously I wasn't trying to flaunt any rules in place, and believe I am okay and legit having not gone over the limit for either order, but I am a little worried now.

To make me even more nervous, Ford Field is not doing the paperless credit card entry...they are actually still mailing paper tickets. Cool, I'll have a ticket stub to keep! But they won't be mailed until a couple weeks before show time, at least a month from now still.

So...should I be worried? Should I contact the venue to double check that I am in the clear...or would that risk them cancelling my order if they do judge my two separate purchases to have flaunted the rule even if they didn't "catch" it the first time when I bought the tickets last month?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
  6. Update: never mind. Got through to Ford Field box office this morning and they confirmed that it was okay. Apparently there is now a 30 ticket limit for tickets still available..."overwhelming demand", right?

I'm just excited to see them one more time again after the European shows...and hoping they pull out some new stuff maybe, to mark their return to Detroit! Just learned that their first stadium gig ever was the original JT tour in Detroit, so that's cool.
  7. 30 ticket limit

Change that for Detroit or whatever
  8. Got tickets to Amsterdam and Brussels, thinking about selling Brussels.
  9. I wouldn't. Brussels shows are always special and this is the final EU show so it's bound to be even more special.
  10. Also isnt it the one with the side-on stage?

that's kind of what I thought just from looking around...
