  4. Really, LN has a storage in London, they mail out the European merchandise orders from there. I still don't get it, why they don't do the same with the gifts! It would be that easy and less people would be upset of never receiving anything or pay ridiculous customs for that stuff.

    You only get/will get presale codes with preorders, not with new orders after 1 Dec.
