Performance:
It's cliche' to say that The Edge and/or the band were on fire that night but - they were!

Audience:
As the band were on fire, part of that was due to the Boston crowds who have been long time U2 supporters since the early days. And unlike in LA, were LOVING some of the old school things like An Cat Dubh / Into The Heart as well as the newer tunes.

Sound quality:
Maybe a bit 'boomy' in places it is actually a fantastic recording of a great show.

Overall:
Hello - resurgence of "Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses" along with old school songs like "An Cat Dubh / Into The Heart" plus the HTDAAB greatness of "Love and Peace" (unlikely but cool opener) and "City of Blinding Lights"... all winning combinations.

Performance:
I WAS THERE! Fantastic show! Ask anyone that was there are they will tell you that night... that was one of the magic nights. It was the first night they played Kite and the first time a Zooropa songs was played in the US. [Stay (Faraway, So Close!).

Audience:
See above. The audience were great, enthusiastic and loving every minute of it.

Sound quality:
Fantastic and great to have such a wonderful recording of one of the handful of Elevation shows that I got to attend. I remember it as though it were a meal ago...

Overall:
All great and nothing bad here. It is U2 playing thier best and the crowd loving it!

U2 seems to always do great shows in No. California.

Performance:
It was the final show of the Love Town tour and the band were ON FIRE.

Audience:
Way into the show and having a great time. U2 ALWAYS play great in Rotterdam, I know, I've seen them play there on Zooropa. And the Rotterdam fans are great fun and love them some U2!

Sound quality:
Fantastic. One of the great from the Love Town tour and of all bootlegs. Definitely one for everyone's collections.

Overall:
I've seen video of this show and it's pretty humourous. During "Bullet..." when Bono puts the spotlight on Edge, crew members hold flashlights on Adam and Larry. Bono goes for a run around the stadium track. And the snake on the Rene' Castro painted backdrop has a 'joint' painted in it's mouth.

Great show. Great band. And a band that was about ready to change yet again and bring us Achtung Baby.

Performance:
And I have a bootleg of this entire show! It was good fun. Edge played and sang with Danny on "Falling at your Feet", "Still Water" (as pictured: Edge playing some slide) and "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For".

KCRW had done an interview w/Lanois that morning and mentioned "guetsts". As Chrisy Turlington was getting married that weekend, Bono was to give her away at said wedding and Bono sang "Falling At Your Feet"on Lanois' "Shine" album... many thought that Bono would be the guest.

When we got inside, I was able to get right up front - mere inches from the stage. I look at the pedalboard for Lanois. Took note of what he was using. Looked to the right where there was a second mic and saw an Electro-Harmonix Deluxe Memory Man delay unit - like Edge used in the early days... with a strip of white tape on it with a four letter name written in Sharpie: EDGE. Almost peed myself.

Handful of songs into the set... Danny's sister got up to sing. She went to the mic on the right. It wasn't on yet. Danny spoke in to his mic: "Can you turn on The Edge's mic?" A hush fell over the crowd. And lo and behold... a few songs later... and a grand friendly introduction by Mr. Lanois... The Edge came out.

I have some more piccies on my computer at home. I will post them later. Lanois always does great shows. Fantastic musician. And a show that also had The Edge come out to play... Golden!

Audience:
Audience was LOVING it. Not just that The Edge showed up... that was just great icing on an already fantastic cake.

Sound quality:
Pretty great sounding audio. I also have the audio for the WHOLE show. Lanois is always a great show to go to see/hear.

Overall:
Fantastic stuff. But there is more than just the bits that Edge played. Again, I do have the entire show... should it be REMY's want to post the entire show also.

Performance:
The band were inspired. I know that they wanted to play Sarajevo in 1992-1993 and were sure to go during the PopMart tour. From the video snippets I've seen it was one of those ULTRA-Magic U2 shows. It isn't often that one can get Brian Eno to take the stage... but for this - he did. That tells you how special that show was meant to be and ultimately... it lived up to what it was meant to be.

Audience:
The crowd were into the show and seemed elated that U2 came to play there. Listen to the audience just after MOFO... they are losing their minds! I'd have loved to have been there!

Sound quality:
Pretty good recording. From the radio so maybe a bit compressed and tinny but hardly a bad recording. Enjoyable recording a an ultra-maigical night.

Overall:
Bono's voice was a bit shot. But it's those nights that he gives that much more of his soul... and he gives a lot to start with! It can often be those 'tough' nights when things do come around and the stadium or arena they are in seems to levitate.
