Performance

As a post-9/11 concert it held some real raw emotion. On top of that, this concert was performed the same day George Harrison died, and the tribute to George makes this a rare and must-hear concert.

Sound

No complaints here. Glad to have this memory was preserved so clearly.

Audience

I was at this show and the audience was powerfully connected, but some of that, of course, is lost on the recording.

Overall

I will never forget this show and the ethos of the music. I came away feeling as though U2 was grieving with our country and facilitating our own heavy hearts with the words we couldn't find. The Harrison tribute was timely (and the standard Beatles music at the opening of the show carried a special meaning that night). Loved the setlist... a couple fun openers and then right down to business.
