Performance

Amazingly, I had the opportunity to see the show last night due to a very generous person who knows that I'm a huge U2 fan. She was able to get me (2) tickets and my financee and I were sitting third row. This week hasn't been the best because I'm inbetween treatment in battling lung cancer, but this concert was an absolute gem that helped us get over an otherwise low week. That being said, U2 rocked. End of story. They sounded crisp with the new songs insynce as always and played the new material maybe even better than the old stuff. Larry's drums sounded full and commanding. Adam played perfectly and was constantly smiling at the crowd enjoying the ride as if to ask, "Isn't this shit cool?", Bono threw himself into the material with his vocals and body and Edge, well...Edge is U2.

The Q&A portion after U2 performed was fun and lighthearted. The only thing missing was U2 playing one more song at the end. It's okay though, I'm not complaining. Great night.

Audience

The audience in the Orchestra level were from the Boston area, the mezzzane were from all over as they were radio contest winners. The crowd's enthusiasm was awesome though and were completely into the show and seeing the band.

Overall

Highlights are the songs, wish there were more of them.
