Performance

Band played well. Pacing of the show takes a little getting used to. Seemed slower than other shows, with some noticeable delay between songs to get things set up. Great use of both stages, and the video screen. Innovative stage production seems to be a hallmark of U2 shows these days, and this tour doesn't disappoint.

Audience

Good. It is different seeing the band in a small indoor venue. Crowd was appropriately stoked about the show.

Overall

Bono was fighting some sort of ailment (cold/bronchitis) so there was that, but he did an admirable job and seemed to enjoy himself. Rest of the band was great. Show is visually stunning. Three disappointments (for me anyway): 1) the band keeps playing around with Sunday Bloody Sunday, I personally like the original, but I did not like the treatment of the song for this show, 2) I don't know if it was the illness, but way too much audience participation on the show closer One, just a beef I have with any of the shows I have seen, I paid to hear the band, not the audience, I don't mind some, but it seemed excessive. 3) Bullet the Blue Sky was awesome, and Bono has a new bit that he has added, I had read about the bit and was looking forward hearing it, but he did it (at least at this show) into a bullhorn and it was largely inaudible.
