Performance

Love this one.Brings me back to my high school days.Seemed I was the only guy in my school that loved this band. That would change in the months to come.U2 were about to explode here in the States.Gloria,IWF,NYD and really every song they performed here sounds better than the studio versions IMO.I love this version of I Fall Down (it was left out of the DVD,recording got messed up!).Party Girl has the best version here of the song. The studio version (b side of A Celebration) is just awful. Many have said that UABRS is one of the greatest live releases.I cant argue.I just wish it had a few more tracks. You have the entire performance here.

Sound

Solid recording. Its a bit low,so just turn up the volume and you can enjoy this epic show in its entirety. No cuts,Electric Co. and Two Hearts are full uncut versions, unlike the released versions.
Recording: Soundboard - 5 stars

Audience

Great audience.Cold rainy night in Denver. They saw an alltime classic show.

Overall

Classic.Just epic show. The band really found themselves at this time.Their live shows were so great.Just the band, the music was so powerful. The War songs took over.SBS,NYD,THBAO,Seconds and of course 40.This show has my favorite version of Tick Tock.I also loved the full version of Electric Co that was released on the vinal in 1983 from West Germany'83.Im dating myself I know. When the cd was released a few years later, for copyright reasons, the band cut out the "send in the clowns" snippet.I always loved that part of the song. You have that here in this recording from Denver.Nothing is cut. There is only a slight skip during I Fall Down. This is one of their great moments, that defIned U2.Grab this one.
