Performance

This was a fantastic performance from the band for the hometown Dublin crowd. The band delivered excellent renditions of all songs from start to finish while even throwing in a couple of special surprises in places, too, such as the one-off cover of My Hometown and the first Out of Control performance since the tour's first leg. Few mistakes are present in this tight and inspired performance too, which combined with the fact that the band is truly giving it their all, this is definitely one of the most delivering a memorable show and best overall shows on the entire tour. What truly also makes this show even better is the fact that Bono's voice holds and remains in fantastic shape throughout too.

Audience

Excellent Hometown Crowd.

Overall

Overall, a phenomenal performance featuring a band that's giving it their all for the hometown Dublin crowd from start to finish, with the overall performance being excellent, inspired and tight with few mistakes, with Bono's voice being in great shape. This is also aided by the addition of unique moments packed in, too such as the guest appearance of Steve Wickham, who joins the band for Sunday Bloody Sunday, the cover of Bruce Springsteen's My Hometown, which opens up the encore and the first performance of Out of Control since the New Zealand and Australian leg of the tour in September 1984.

Highlights: MLK, The Unforgettable Fire, Wire, Sunday Bloody Sunday, A Sort of Homecoming, The Cry / The Electric Co, Bad, October, New Year's Day, My Hometown, Out of Control and 40. (Practically the entire set)
