Enthusiastic audience for sure (messed up SOL with off-kilter clapping... another show where this happens? Sheesh). For the most part, not too distracting from the performance.
Good show overall; reminiscent of the Omni performance for me. Drifted off into outer space again for a couple of hours; magic. Good SOL, aside from some messed up audience clapping. Every time i think to myself 'Man, I don't want to hear AoH again...' I wind up being charmed by a new live version I hadn't heard before. They're still doing that weird transition from AIWIY to BTBS... I dunno; I must be the only one who thinks (thought) it's odd. Good UV. Love is Blindness is back for this show, fortunately - excellent version. This show is well worth a listen.

NOTE: This recording was transferred to CDR from the DAT master. As a result, the sound is very clean and enjoyable. After a few volume adjustments during "Zoo Station", the recording settles in quite nicely. The clarity is better than at many other indoor shows and audience noise is minimal. The only real problem with this bootleg is poor indexing. For some reason, the person who transferred this recording to CDR combined multiple songs on one track on a few occasions rather than indexing them separately.

what they said
"'Last Night On Earth' had more of the band aesthetic. It was a good tune but is it up there with 'New Year's Day' or 'Sunday Bloody Sunday'? Obviously not, or we would still be playing it live."
- The Edge
