Performance notes: This show goes down in U2 folklore as the "pizzas for everybody" concert. When Bono is doing his usual channel-hopping before Even Better Than The Real Thing, he comes across an ad for Speedy Pizza and decides to call them and order 10,000 pizzas live from the stage. During the break between the main set and encore, a cart containing 100 boxes of pepperoni pizza are wheeled on stage and the boxes are thrown to the audience.

Performance

U2 was in top form on this night. You could tell they were enjoying the departure from from cowboy hats and jeans.

Sound

One of the better recordings from the 'inside broadcast'. If your looking for a 5 star show, check out some of the outside shows.
Recording: Audience microphone - 3.5 stars

Audience

Crowd was loud and into the whole show. The best part is when the pizza's were delivered and they started throwing them into the crowd.

Overall

Very enjoyable especially if you attended this show. It's great how they come out playing nothing but Achtung Baby songs for the first part of the show. I like the attitude of 'this is us now, take it or leave it!'
