  1. Today (!) I finally received the book which was (and still is) described as Edition Olms on Amazon.de
    There's no DVD anywhere it's just the English Version by Carlton Books and the barcode is over stickered with some cheap printed "edition olms" and the other ISBN.

    Will return this. Don't need to pay more than anyone else for the exact same book.
