1. I am planning to see U2 both nights in Philly. Lots of tickets available at low prices behind stage. Is it worth it to purchase seats here? Tix for 1st night are on floor that I am going to. Just wondering peoples experiences that have had tickets here.
  2. My view at London 4, i+e tour.

I think it was pretty good, Just as long as you're on the lower tier. I have a cheap seat behind the stage for Manchester 2.
  3. Not bad. Very loud
  4. Aim for the corners, not directly behind the stage.

Looks like the Wells Fargo Center is the official seller. Good, although I like using the TM map when purchasing tickets.

I'm assuming you're talking the cheap uppers, not the lower bowl. The first upper I was just offered was section 216A (row 2) for $41, which should be fine with pretty good views of the screen.

For lower bowl I was offered section 117x (row 4) for $76. I don't know what the "X" signifies, but you should be very close (maybe even too low) & I presume the views of the screen should be OK, though not brilliant.

Generally, as demand has been low, ticket prices have been falling closer to show time. I'm talking about the official primary sales here, not just resale. So if you wait you may end up with a very good seat for a good price. Though it's always a risk, & using the Well Fargo Center site may make it difficult to find these reduced tickets, if it happens at all (though the second night is likely to have lower demand). FYI, for Omaha, a very low demand show, great seats in section 22 (the best section) have been reduced from $325 to $106 (middle rows of that section) & $76 (rear rows of that section). So there are some good bargains about.

Look at it this way... you're in the building! If there are lots of tickets left, I might gamble on waiting to see if they drop more GA's closer to show, and if not, just buy the cheapest seats seats I can get for the experience of being there... Seeing from a completely different perspective from the 1st night is always cool, too... I wish I had 2 nights here...
  6. I recommend it! I also had GA tickets for one night but still wanted to be in the room for the other.
The sound was better behind the stage and the people around me were having a great time (much better company than the people in GA who just had their phones out and wouldn't move!)
  7. I was able to get tix this week for night one in Philly in row 1 of second level even with the front of the main stage. Now $76, pretty sure they were $325 originally. So check the other price tiers. There are good seats to be had.
  8. There are tickets in all price cat's for almost every US show, so I'd recommend to just wait and get your seat (even GA) of choice when the time comes closer.
  9. Omaha GA now going for £54
But if you're on a budget behind the stage for £12 is a no brainer , you are still at a U2 show after all for pennies
  10. Just to add I did nose bleed / binocular view seats at Paris 1 last summer for £20 but it was great value for money
