1. Hello there my fellow companions.

I noticed that the show performed in 1989-09-27 - Sydney, Australia - Entertainment Centre was broadcasted by a local TV channel. I could find just a few videos on YouTube of the gig. I would like to know if someone has a recording or know any site where we could download this bootleg, with the broadcasted content.

I'm relatively new here in U2start and I don't know if there are other topics related to this one. If there are, I apologize for my ignorance.

    Thank you for your atention!
  2. Are you referring to the Lovetown tv special recorded in Sydney? It features concert footage intercut with interviews etc. There is an extended version on u2torrents, but not the full show that I am of.

    Hi Anam!

Well I assumed there was a version without intercuts, just the show (but with the broadcasted sound quality), and that's what I'm looking for haha.
  4. Isn't it the 1989-11-18 show as well? The one that had a bomb threat prior to the concert started when Bono said during Hawkmoon "sorry about the bomb", before singing the final chorus.
  5. Thank you Hohey!!

I appreciate your help, and I'm really glad for the link. I'm not able to download it now, thought. I'm doing it as soon as possible.

However, Kieran made me intrigrated. I'm not sure if I was refering to the 11-18 or 09-27 gig. However this is the video of show I would like to find without the intercuts.

  6. There was also a 45 minute broadcast in some territories. All had extra, non concert footage.

    Here's the 45 minute edition :
  7. So, is there any version without the intercuts? Just the show, in high audio quality?
  8. Oh. that's actually sad. That Desire's solo is awesome, but the intercuts ruined the song. Nevertheless, thank you guy
