  1. Ok guys, this might seem weird, but came across a guy at the flea market with tons of VHS tapes of concerts, various bands not just U2.
    Take a look at these VHS tapes. Is there anything special about any of these concerts? Is the video already readily available?
    I bought the one from 1981, figured $4 wasn’t too bad a price, but didn’t want to touch the other ones if they are on YouTube already.
    The guy tried telling me how he taped all these and some of hem were “master” recordings, which I knew was BS.
    Let me know your thoughts and any info you have.

  4. I have been looking for a copy of the original Sydney 93 pay-per-view broadcast, not the VHS nor the DVD cuts. There were quite a lot of different shots, not to mention the subsequently-omitted Tryin' To Throw Your Arms... My parents' original VHS is probably greatly deteriorated and I'd like to find a fresh copy of it. I see it there in your flea market but maybe there's another option out there?

    I can grab it if he has them there when I go back. I’m trying to hook up my vcr to the computer so I can watch the 81/83 tape I got.

  7. I once bought a used vhs original of U2 1983 red rocks concert from flea market. took it home to play it!
    to my great suprise! someone recorded a porno movie over it!

    I'm reasonably certain that I have the replay from Sky. Not the ppv transmission, but not the VHS release either. Will dig around in some boxes.
