1. I can't believe nobody reacted to this 🙃
  2. The original creative photographer is Simon Marsden.
    Anton Corbijn plagiarized.
  3. Anton Corbijn is cancelled.

  5. The photograph, however, was a virtual copy of a picture on the cover of a 1980 book In Ruins: The Once Great Houses of Ireland by Simon Marsden. It was taken from the same spot and used the same solarised filter technique, but with the addition of the four band members. For this copyright infringement, the band had to pay an unknown sum to the photographer.[44]

  6. Burning my UF vinyl as we speak now (also NLOTH for the same reason).

But seriously, does the original photographer have a legal case? Corbijn can just say in court he photographed the same location, and didn't plagiarize anything.
  7. They already paid him.
  8. Both of my parents grew up in this part of Ireland. About 20 to 30 minutes away from the castle.
  9. They should also be reimbursed for Anton’s plagiarism.
  10. It's called reparations. I'm also suing U2START, you know, just becuz someone uploaded something and it was my desired audio preference.
