  1. So they ask to pick up the tickets until Friday Nov 15 latest...
    Can't be just a typo of the date, if they have the wrong number of the day, then they would write Sunday Nov 15 and not Friday Nov 15...

    Just to be on the safest side: please save any and all emails you receive. If possible even print them for if they are needed.
    Please also keep checking periodically Zootopia, for any update on this issue...

    E-mail confirmation I got for Red Zone says:
    "Address for pickup
    Available only on the mentioned address,date and time.
    Tue, 24 Sep - Sun, 15 Dec 2019 11:00 AM - 05:00 PM"
