1. I've always been fascinated with the Denver show. Theres only a handful of photos and no videos. But I was scouring Facebook (of all places) and came across a dead youtube video link with this thumbnail. The title said U2 Denver 1997 Proshot (Rare). Something along the lines of that.
Does anyone have a clue from what this is?
  2. It was a proshot video of popmuzik mofo I will follow and even better than the real thing. Songs cut out halfway threw.
  3. Is there anyway to find this video?
  4. It was on YouTube a while back.
  5. I know from 1992 up through the 360 tour (not sure beyond that) the first three songs of most concerts were supplied to the local media for use. That is what this is most likely from.
  6. Yeah seen a few Elevation Tour shows where the first 2/3 songs are proshot too.

I thought this was the practice also. Theoretically this means that there should be much more proshot out there, albeit from the first 2 songs.. Wonder if it was usually licensed for the media to only broadcast on the day itself for news purposes..?

There's A LOT of proshot out there taken from TV news and stuff. Many many 90s shows got one and someone at the other end recorded them from their TVs (I guess many others didn't have anyone recording, on the other hand, so they're lost forever). It's just that they're just not widely known or spread.

  9. Somebody uploaded it less than 30 minutes ago!
  10. Those miscellaneous complications are always quite good.
