Might be from the recordings sessions of POP, if I remember right it where filmed around some old buildings.

both. It's actually just Rotterdam with some images from Helsinki and others shows mixed in (I think there are also some shots from Werchter). Audio is Rotterdam.. I've never understand why this was labelled as live from Helsinki on the '90-'00 bonus dvd.
FIrst part of @miryclay's vid was a Popmart rehearsal prior to the tour start? The footage shows something that looks like their rehearsal space. Part of this rehearsal was on the "A year in Pop" documentary from April '97.
The latter parts seem indeed fan-mixed in. The Please (single version) was recorded (in full I believe) in Hilversum at the Wisseloord studios during their Popmart stay in Holland.
