1. Anyone can point me to that? I remember this one where he sang "Love, love, I feel love(d)", thought that was great.
  2. If @Remy can listen to over 500 versions of bad (which would be like 1500 God Part II), Shirley you can handle 36 performances of God Part II ? Not sure they're all available. C'mon, it could be your Quarantine Quest! Yes I meant to spell Shirley as it's a classic joke. That being said, I do remember Rotterdam 1/10/90 being great.
  3. If I remember correctly, that great version of God Part II you mention is from the first Dublin show, the one when they opened with God Part II, with Sympathy for the devil still playing over the PA at the start.
One of my favourite openning sequences ever, still gives me goosebumps just thinking of it.
  4. That show December 26, 1989 is my favorite Bono vocal performance all time. So many high points vocally in my opinion. "Trampled in Dust" during Streets, One Tree Hill scatting (with Edge doing a little extra on the solo), etc. So so good vocally.
  5. The only version of God Pt. 2 I remember is the one where Bono's voice implodes.

Ah yes the Rotterdam one, that one's good. I have many quarantine quests, but this was for a quick trial. "Don't call me Shirly"

Cool, I'll give that a listen. Currently using the Sydney broadcast vocal on some test tonight

Classic even besides Airplane! movie and within this forum
I agree, listening to all versions of God Part II straights would take a bit less than 2 hours...

...and still the result would be the same as before: Dublin1 and Rotterdam3 get the award
  9. I think we're talking about a different Rotterdam night, since God Part II was not played at the 4th show (I'm guessing the 3rd show is a good candidate, and the second and last time they opened with the song was at the 1st Rotterdam show, 5th of January).

My personal favourite is the Yokohama one, where Edge ignores Bono's "Stop!" and goes on. He should ignore Bono more often.

Thanks. I'll give those a listen, guess I can use the new liveshow pages to look up these shows, yay
  11. Isn't it convenient? (it's a real shame that there are such few Lovetown shows recorded in video though )
  12. RIght after I posted that I tried looking up both only to find that there was no video for those Are there only actual video performances (and no audio that's on YT) on the tour pages?
