  1. this is my official goodbye to the u2 start forum... it has been filled with narcolepsy and it seems like a lot of us fight when we should be agreeing on things....its not the first u2 forum ive been a member of, started off with the interference, then with a yahoo group called the u2 gta (toronto) fan group and eventually landed here and have really loved to be a member but i find that many members like to leave lazy remarks when u2 does get inspired by other musicial acts and its never fun so im leaving the forum part and i may stay on the website area but no more posts here...

    Sorry to see you go but one has to do what he has to do. If posting or reading the forums doesn't make you happy then just leave it - it's the wisest thing to do.

    This forum is very mild compared to a lot of other ones, If everyone agreed on every post or topic then it would be very boring , @U2 got so toxic around the time of the Joshua tree reissue that they shut it down for over a year.

    incendentally i like this place it has a chilled groove to it...ive met some people on here that i folow on socials and quite happy but ive looked through older posts and seen some reall low blows and would actually like to stay here
