1. These are some great bands from Sweden, I love this music!

The Sounds is a band with 4 man and a woman on lead-vocals with two albums made. The last one 'Dying to say this to you' was really a bestseller. They're from Sweden. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_sounds

Check out their recent hit, Painted By Numbers:

Or Tony The Beat, which must be my favorite Sounds-song:

And Sahara Hotnights is another popular group with a few more albums than the Sounds, this band is really doing well in Sweden right now. It's a all-female rock'n'roll band. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sahara_hotnights

Check out their single Hot Night Crash:

Or Who Do You Dance For:

Their new album is just out a week or so with really great new songs, it sounds really great.

I really recommend U2 fans to try those bands, they're really good. I'm available for song-advise

What do you think of it? Anyone familiar with these bands? What do you think of woman on lead-vocal with rock 'n' roll?
  2. The Sounds are actually from Sweden but it was pretty close. A good live band (even if the success seems to have gone a bit to the head on the guitarist and singer).

    Sahara Hotnights are cool chicks!

Yeah you're right, forgot to edit it, I did now
  4. Forgot to mention that the last time I saw the Sounds live the singer had such a short skirt (actually just a looong shirt) that you could actually see her panties on several occasions. I'm pretty sure that the guys standing right in front of her totally missed the music from the sight opening for them.

Yeah I think she's pretty hot, if the music is bad at a concert you can always drool over her the whole show

  6. I saw The Sounds yesterday, seen them two times now and both times I've gotten the setlist

I brought Zoom H1n > Battery Box > CA-14 Omni and I think I will share it on Dime once the mastering is done around the 24th of July
