1. Sorry if posted elsewhere - Edge & Adam interview coming up on Zane Lowe tonight! Listening on Apple Music live now via the app - it's pre-recorded but will be aired soon.
  2. DJ just said the interview will be aired in 15 minutes.
  3. Zane better ask the questions we need answers to!!

Be prepared for some “lost in the music” BS.
  4. Lol true, can't stand his interview technique, he always talks all over the artist. But excited to see some new content at last!
  5. Just tuned in to Apple Music 1....is this the right place for this interview? Has it happened yet?
  6. An audio for non-Apple Music subscribers would be great if it happened!
  7. Hopefully it's on youtube soon!
  8. It finished about 40 minutes ago, I'm sorry!

I didn't know how to listen at first - I got a notification on Instagram just before finishing work, so I was scrambling to understand how to tune in.

I ended up downloading the Apple Music app on my phone and listening on that.

(I didn't have to pay or subscribe to Apple Music, just listened by pressing play.)

There is video footage, too - I'm hoping it will be uploaded to Youtube soon!

If you go onto Instagram, a short clip has been posted on the official U2 page.

It may be available to listen again once the show has ended, I would imagine?
  9. Thanks! Anything on the new album?
  10. Zane asked what it was like for Larry watching the show at Sphere - they said he loved it, and he was really keen to get back behind the kit and playing onstage, which Zane said was amazing news, etc.

When asked where they are headed in the future, Adam said they want to strip everything back - Edge agreed, saying that he loves all of the different layers in the studio etc but they want to strip everything back and have everyone together in one room playing - that is what they envisage the next album being.

(They didn't comment on whether they had started or if any progress had been made, but it sounded very much like a concept and an intention, rather than a work in progress - although we can but hope!)

They said Larry is getting better every week and that they will be playing together in no time - whether they meant in the studio or live, who knows!

Not to jump to conclusions but based on that, fair to say that we shouldn't expect a new album until the second half of next year then at least?

I'm beginning to think 2026 is more likely.
