1. Ordred something from the U2 Shop last week. Just got an email saying it's out for delivery today. Really? WTAF? No. Way.

  4. Depending on your proximity to where they ship from it can be quick. I live about 3 hours from where they ship from in Virginia, I'm in North Carolina. I've never had any shipping issues with stuff from them.
  5. It's generally slooooooooooow....have had to contact support before and ask if it's ever going to ship...
  6. If it's something in stock, and not a pre-order it can be pretty quick. Unfortunately almost everything is a pre-order or not yet in stock these days. And those can take forever. My Zoo TV litho that was first sold on August 30, but as a pre-order, just shippted today, 2.5 months later.
  7. I must admit I've seen an improvement - particularly with pre-orders of items with defined release dates. All of the ZOO TV Live from Dublin EP arrived at my door on the day of release. If this continues, it certainly makes u2.com a place of choice to buy from

  9. i know this had been discussed somewhere before, but,

    I had to place an order from the AUS u2 shop (to get a size i wanted), and for over 3wks now I have been sending emails regarding the order- with absolute ZERO response.

    Any one have any luck ever contacting (or getting response) from them? Or can advise

    The Australian shop is pretty much unresponsive - going via U2.com you'll likely be told that they do not support that store. It takes them about 6 months or more to get items in. (They get a large shipment from the UK to Australia, which is then sent out from Australia.) Some people in Australia are still waiting for Songs of Surrender merchandise the last time I checked...but most seems to have started arriving.

    The Australian store is weird. I’m from Melbourne and previously I had a long delays and complete silence or little care from them on my orders. But the recent zoo tv Dublin and HTDAAB box set orders I made through this store delivered within 2 days of release dates. I have ordered the V-U2 stage t shirt though which is still an unknown and no status on where it’s at. Anyone else ordered that one and received anything yet?
